Copano Title specializes in real estate transactions. We coordinate with the parties, their lender(s), and any other necessary party or service provider to complete the transaction. In addition to coordinating the closing, we also issue policies of title insurance. Title insurance protects against losses from defects in or liens against the property. We also have extensive experience performing 1031 exchanges and can coordinate that service.
